Product Definition
To start off the project, our product manager and your business managers will come together to curate user requirements based on your business environment in one place. The objective is to derive user stories, user personas and use cases.
Research
Next comes the stage of in-depth research on various aspects including understanding the competition, target audience, market trends and brand guidelines. This phase is essential to the success of an intuitive interface.
Analysis
With the information collected in the previous stages, we create experience maps and hypothetical scenarios to depict how the various user flows will function. This stage is the deciding factor for how the system will look after delivery.
Validation
We strongly recommend validating each component of the design to ensure the end-product is smooth and effective. We test it through and through in regard to flexibility, adaptation, scalability and how easy it is to navigate overall.
Design
The design team takes over at this point to design the entire system, screen by screen, and element by element. This stage includes developing sketches, then wireframes and then the prototype which come together to create a unique user experience.
Review & Sign-off
Once the design files are ready, you are requested to join your account manager for a walk through to determine whether the originally set goals were in fact met or not. With your final sign-off the project will be ready for delivery.
