Platform & Goals
To kick-off the project, we need to make sure both the ends are clear of the objectives we are trying to achieve through the application, the kind of audience we are targeting and what platform is preferred – native or hybrid.
UX & Architecture Planning
From deciding how each button, pop-up, text field will appear to putting all the user flows on paper, we proceed to the next stage of UI where the client’s preferences are coupled with audience needs.
Development
At this stage, our backend team ensures the app’s functionality is met harmoniously with the visuals and non-functional requirements. At the end of this stage, the app is ready for our testers as well as for the beta audience (client, product manager, internal users).
Testing
Our team of testers takeover at this stage and ensure every visible and invisible component of the app is fully-functional. Everything from usability, compatibility to security, UI and performance is documented to proceed further.
Review & Release
It is time for the App to undergo the client’s review which is crucial to the success of the project. Your account manager will give a full-circle walk-through of the application and you will be required to present your comprehensive feedback.
Sign-off & On-going Support
Your account manager will work with our product manager to meet your set expectations and ready the app for launch. More often than not our customers sign up for on-going support for their systems which we are happy to offer you as well.
